Missed Appointments
When you book an appointment with me, that time is set aside for you - and ONLY you. I always try to be ready for you when you arrive. In return, I ask that you keep your promise to show up for your appointment on time.
Please understand that being self employed, I only get paid when I deliver service... therefore missed appointment times, aka No Shows, are costly for me.
That said, my policy is simple. If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the treatment booked.
Illnesses and emergencies do happen. Contact me and let me know what is going on. Exceptions can be made, but NOT on a regular basis.
